The method comprising the following steps: establishing and optimizing a sample set, calculating inhibitor molecule descriptor, preprocessing a molecule descriptor data set, rescaling the inhibitor molecule descriptor data set, dividing the data set, optimizing support vector machine parameters, establishing a model and predicting.
