Beneficial effects of the battery casing are that: cast aluminium 102 is used as the raw material for integral casting of the battery casing, so that the weight of the battery casing is decreased substantially; and integrity, water resistance, impact resistance and yield strength are also increased. Machining precision and product batch consistency of the manufacturing method disclosed in the invention are much higher than those of traditional manufacturing methods, so that later replacement is convenient.
