Landing stage steps adopt layered structures, and an embedded iron piece is arranged on a beam of a floor slab; deformation joints with certain distances are reserved between the landing stage steps and the floor slab; a full iron sheet is mounted on upper end surfaces of the concrete step structure and the floor slab; the iron sheet is in U-shaped structures in each deformation joint and extends in each deformation joint; the U-shaped iron sheet is filled with bituminous hemp fibers; a bituminous wood wool slab is laid on the bituminous hemp fibers; a cement mortar bedding cushion is laid on the iron sheet and covered with a section steel plate; an end part, close to the building surface, of the steel plate is welded and fixed with an embedding iron piece; a transverse space is reserved between the steel plate and the building surface; and the space is sealed with a polyurethane sealing material after welding.
