Abstract

The invention relates to a monitoring system and a monitoring method capable of high-quality collection of blood plasma. A technical scheme in the invention is as follows: the monitoring system comprises a blood inductor; a photoelectric induction part comprises a photoelectric amplifier and an optical fiber probe; the photoelectric amplifier can emit a three-primary-color hybrid light source which irradiates on to-be-tested blood plasma through the optical fiber probe; a reflected light source can be conducted to the photoelectric amplifier through the optical fiber probe for calculation, chromatic aberration changes are automatically analyzed and processed based on a diffuse reflection light source, chromatic aberration change jumping is carried out according to changing conditions of the light sources, and calculation results are fed back to a master control system through a TTL level; blood plasma and erythrocytes are judged through spectral wavelengths (of three primary colors consisting of a red color, a green color and a blue color), i.e., through wavelengths; changes of wavelengths are analyzed based on received reflected (scattered) light, so a medium is determined, thereby realizing determination of the amount of erythrocytes in blood plasma. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the problems of great external interference in separation of blood plasma, poor stability and great possibility of a failure in monitoring of erythrocytes are overcome, and collection of useless components in platelets and erythrocytes is prevented.
