The whole power-unit frame comprises a rectangular installing plate (6) placed in the rear of the whole power-unit frame; the support capacitor array (14) is mounted on the installing plate (6) via the capacitor support plate (13); the heat radiation blower fan (18) is mounted on the installing plate (6) via the blower fan installing plate (17); the IGBT power elements and drivers (12) thereof are fixed are fixed on the installing plate (6) via the radiator fixing plate (15); and the laminated mother board (10) is parallel with the installing plate (6).
