The power unit comprises a whole power-unit frame, and a laminated mother board (10), insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) power elements and drivers (12) thereof, a capacitor support plate (13), a support capacitor array (14), a radiator fixing plate (15), a radiator (16), a blower fan installing plate (17) and a heat radiation blower fan (18) which are placed within the whole power-unit frame. The whole power-unit frame comprises a rectangular installing plate (6) placed in the rear of the whole power-unit frame; the support capacitor array (14) is mounted on the installing plate (6) via the capacitor support plate (13); the heat radiation blower fan (18) is mounted on the installing plate (6) via the blower fan installing plate (17); the IGBT power elements and drivers (12) thereof are fixed are fixed on the installing plate (6) via the radiator fixing plate (15); and the laminated mother board (10) is parallel with the installing plate (6).
