A beam coordinate system and a target body coordinate system are constructed for the obtaining method of dose distribution of the photon beam, and a dose computational grid is set up in the target body coordinate system. Due to the fact that in the process of obtaining the coordinates of the point of intersection of a ray in the photon beam and the dose computational grid in the target body coordinate system, the coordinates are obtained by utilizing a seed plane and a coordinate horizontally moving method, the speed in obtaining the coordinates of the point of intersection can be effectively improved, the obtaining precision of dose distribution of the photon beam is ensured, meanwhile, fast obtaining of dose distribution of the photon beam is achieved, and clinical requirements for optimization design of the intensity modulated radiotherapy plan are met.
