The preparation method comprises the following steps: fusing; oxidation; detection of alloy components and adjustment; refining; casting; and heat treatment. The invention is characterized in that cast steel comprises the following elements by weight: 0.3 to 0.4% of silicon, 1.4 to 1.5% of carbon, 1.2 to 1.4% of manganese, 1.4 to 1.6% of chromium, 0.01 to 0.03% of phosphorus, 0.02 to 0.04% of sulfur, 0.4 to 0.5% of molybdenum, 1.2 to 1.4% of vanadium, 0.7 to 0.9% of magnesium, 0.04 to 0.06% of tantalum and 0.08 to 0.18% of tungsten, with the balance being iron. According to the invention, performance indexes of the steel are substantially increased due to utilization of reasonable chemical composition proportions and the advanced preparation method.
