Through utilization of low density, nonrust performance and high durability of FRP ribs, the reinforcements are replaced by FRP rib mesh sheets in the base of the breast wall, so that the surface stiffness of the concrete is reinforced, rusting of steel materials is avoided, and the development of shrinkage crack of the concrete at the initial stage is resisted. Through arrangement of supporting frames, the flexible deformation and nonuniformity in the mesh sheet installing process are reduced.
