Abstract

The basic components (1) of plants in the raw materials industry emit hot exhaust gases in the first phase (P1) of the plant cycle and emit no or hardly any emissions in the second phase (P2) of the plant cycle. The exhaust gas is output via a pipe system (2). In the evaporator device ( 5 , 7 ) fitted into the piping system, water is evaporated and delivered to the steam storage device ( 9 , 11 ), at least in a first phase ( P1 ). The steam stored in the first stage ( P1 ) is conducted through a superheater ( 6 ) fitted into the pipe system ( 2 ) and superheated there. A first part of the superheated steam is conducted in the loading direction via the buffer store ( 16 ) to the steam turbine ( 17 ). In the second phase (P2) saturated steam is extracted from the steam storage (9, 11), at least partly conducted through the superheater (6) and merged with superheated steam which, opposite to the loading direction, is drawn from the buffer store ( 16) is extracted. The combined steam stream of the two steam streams is conducted to a steam turbine (17).
