Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of metallic materials and relates to a process for preparing 2000 MPa nano-scale bainitic steel through low temperature rolling. The process is characterized by comprising the following steps: heating a casting blank, hot rolling the casting blank at 1100-1200 DEG C, directly laminar cooling the casting blank to 300-600 DEG C after the rolling procedure, carrying out multiple rolling procedures, coiling the casting blank at 150-300 DEG C after the rolling procedure, maintaining the temperature for 3-6 h, air cooling the casting blank to the room temperature to produce non-carbide nano-scale bainitic steel with tensile strength greater than 2000MPa. The process provided by the invention is used for shortening the phase change time of low-temperature bainite from 3-4 days to 3-6 hours, thereby greatly saving time and energy source and capable of realizing industrial mass production.
