The invention discloses a
phase change material for heat preservation of a
battery pack and a heat preservation
system applying the
phase change material, and belongs to a heat preservation
system.The
phase change material is prepared from, by weight, 68%-73% of n-
hexadecane, 26%-30% of n-eicosane, 0.5%-1.5% of
graphene and 0.5%-1.5% of expanded
graphite; the electric heater is connected with a plurality of phase change modules, the phase change modules are mounted on the outer surface of the
battery pack, and the electric heater is in contact with the outer surfaces of the phase change modules; and the electric heater is respectively connected with the
energy storage battery and the photovoltaic module. The phase-change material with high
latent heat performance is obtained through compounding, the phase-
change temperature interval of 10 DEG C or above can be obtained through
solid-liquid conversion after the phase-change material is matched with an electric heater, then the temperature change interval of a
base station battery pack in an
extreme environment is effectively shortened,
high heat conductivity is obtained, phase-change
latent heat is fully utilized, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged. Meanwhile,
photovoltaic solar energy is used for supplying power to the
energy storage battery and the electric heater, so that the
system does not depend on a traditional
power grid any more, and the use cost is low.
