The invention relates to a heap bioleaching gold extraction technique of gold ore which has low grade and is difficult to process, which belongs to the metallurgical chemical industry type. The technique comprises the following steps: firstly, disintegrating ores which contain gold minerals to granulate and pile, secondly, doing acid treatment for ores, thirdly, utilizing microorganism to do biological pre oxidation for ores, cyaniding leaching after acid and alkali transformation, and finally, recycling gold. The technique of the invention has the advantages of low production cost, low energy consumption, low medicament consumption, low labor force demand, short technique process, simple equipment, easy application, low investment cost and wide resource utilization, which has no discharge gas, and can be considered as discharging without waste material and waste water in some extent, and the technique can improve the environment, which is beneficial for the environment, and increases production security.
