The system comprises a circulating cooling water system, a central control unit, a frequency converter, a plurality of temperature sensors and a computer. The central control unit is connected with the frequency converter, the computer and the temperature sensors. The frequency converter is further connected with the circulating cooling water system. The temperature sensors are disposed inside concrete and feed temperature information back to the central control unit. The central control unit sends a control command to the frequency converter according to the temperature information. The frequency converter drives the circulating cooling water system to change flow of circulating cooling water, and meanwhile, the central control unit transmits real-time information to the computer.
