The invention discloses a novel compression-resistant gear oil, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 2.5-7.4 parts of organosilicon modified dimeric acid, 2.5-4.4 parts of borax, 1.5-4.7 parts of sodium naphthenate, 2.5-4.7 parts of modified sodium phosphate, 2.5-4.6 parts of diethanolamine boric acid poly hydroxy acid and 1.5-2.6 parts of isothiazolinone. Compared with the existing gear oil, the compression-resistant gear oil provided by the invention uses high-quality base oil and novel environment-friendly gear oil additives, not only improves bearing capacity of the gear oil but also eliminates influences of a traditional lead-containing formula on health of the operators, and can effectively prevent the surface wear of steel and copper parts. Proper adhesion and extremely low friction coefficient can effectively reduce the noise produced by the operation of the gear and the body temperature, reduce energy consumption, prolong the service life of the gear, greatly prolong the service life of oil, reduce the oil change frequency and save cost for the enterprises.
