Abstract

The invention relates to a celery seedling medium and a preparation method thereof. The medium comprises raw materials of vegetable stubble compost products, biogas residues and calamine in a volume ratio of 6-8:3-5:2-4. The vegetable stubbles refer to tomato stubbles, potato stubbles and Chinese cabbage stubbles; and the stubbles refer to plants or plant tissues abandoned in the fields after picking. The residues refer to semi solid matter from mixed anaerobic fermentation of corn straw crushing products and chicken manure. The vegetable stubble compost products are obtained by adjusting C / N ratio of the vegetable stubble crushing products to 24-25 and water content to 58%-62%, and adding a compost inoculant with viable count no less than 2*10<9> cfu / g and accounting for 0.6 wt% of the total weight of the vegetable stubbles. The seedling medium provided by the invention can improve physicochemical properties of celery seedling medium, cultivate celery strong seedlings and reduce the production cost in the premise of ensuring commodity character of celery seedlings. Biogas residues are used to substitute turf, so as to facilitate the protection of turf resources and achieve the purposes of resource utilization of vegetable stubbles and corn straws and reduction of environmental pollution.
