[0034] (1) Establish the relationship between gray value and reflectivity of single-band spectral image

[0035] 1-a. Collect the reference single-band spectral images of three diffuse reflectance standard plates at eleven characteristic wavelengths (each diffuse reflectance standard plate collects a reference single-band spectral image at each characteristic wavelength), and obtain each The gray value of a reference single-band image.

[0036] In the entire visible and near-infrared spectrum, the diffuse reflection standard plate used corresponds to the reflectivity of 99%, 75%, and 2%, such as figure 1 As shown, the diffuse reflections of the three diffuse reflection standard plates in the entire visible and near-infrared spectral range are different from each other, and for each diffuse reflection standard plate, the reflectivity at all wavelengths is the same.

Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method for the distribution of fish protein content based on a hyper-spectral imaging technology. The detection method comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring single-waveband spectrum images of a fish to be detected at eleven characteristic wavelengths, wherein the eleven characteristic wavelengths are 951nm, 999nm, 1038nm, 1110nm, 1144nm, 1167nm, 1210nm, 1229nm, 1383nm, 1555nm and 1632nm respectively; (2) converting the single-waveband spectrum images in the step (1) into reflection rate images according to a linear relation between gray values and reflection rates of the single-waveband spectrum images; and (3) calculating according to a formula to obtain corresponding fish protein content of each pixel point in the reflection rate images of the fish. The detection method for the distribution of the fish protein content is high in detection precision and short in detection time; the environmental pollution is reduced and the detection cost is further reduced to certain extent.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of protein content detection, in particular to a fish protein content distribution detection method based on hyperspectral imaging technology. Background technique [0002] Hyperspectral imaging technology is a kind of integration of spectrum and image processing technology, has the characteristics of spectrum and image, and can detect the scale to the nanometer level. Due to these advantages, the existing technology has It is widely used in agriculture, food, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, feed and other industries, especially in the rapid detection and research of agricultural product life information. It has great application potential. [0003] Protein is an important part of fish. It can provide essential amino acids to the human body. It is a nutrient rich in heat energy and can be used as the main source of human heat energy. Through the detection and analysis of the protein content of fish, the detection and continu...
