The invention relates to a high-strength aluminum-plated strap which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.10-0.20% of C, 0.50-1.20% of Mn, no more than 0.010% of Si, no more than 0.010% of P, no more than 0.010% of S, 0.020-0.050% of Ti, 0.020-0.050% of Nb, and 0.020-0.070% of Als. The production method comprises the steps of melting and performing continuous casting to form blanks, and heating the cast blanks; performing rough rolling; performing finish rolling; coiling; carrying out conventional acid pickling; performing cold rolling; performing conventional electrolytic degreasing; producing straps. The strap is 0.70mm thick, the tensile strength is not lower than 900MPa, the elongation rate is not lower than 10%, the number of repeated bending times is no less than 10 (R=5mm), and no layering and brittleness phenomena exist. A bright aluminum layer which is uniform and compact, is strong in adhesion force and is 3-5mu m thick is generated on the surface of the strap. Under acid and high-salt environments, no obvious rust exists in 360 days, so that the strap can completely meet the use requirement.
