The 2.4GHz rate-adjustable wireless transceiver system comprises a receiving link, a transmitting link, and a frequence synthesizer and a digital signal processor both connected with the two links, wherein the frequence synthesizer is used for providing two local oscillating signals different in frequency, the receiving link divides a received radio-frequency signal into two signals which are mixed with the local oscillating signals, respectively, and then provided to a base band for digital signal processing after down-conversion, and the transmitting link is used for mixing two base band signals with the local oscillating signals, respectively, and then generating two radio-frequency signals to be transmitted after up-conversion and further synthesizing the two radio-frequency signals into one signal for power amplification. The 2.4GHz rate-adjustable wireless transceiver system is high in realizability, high in integration level and adjustable in transmitting / receiving rate, and a plurality of performance indexes of the wireless transceiver can be increased through digital signal processing of the base band data.
