Abstract

The invention discloses a method of improving conjugated linoleic acid content in water buffalo milk. Tea-seed oil with 4% concentrate is added into water buffalo concentrate, mixed in twice in the morning and the evening for feeding milk buffalos, so that the content of milk fat, total milk solids and conjugated linoleic acid in the water buffalo milk is respectively improved by 25.79%, 7.95% and 20.85%; or mixed oil with 4% water buffalo concentrate is added into the water buffalo concentrate, mixed in twice in the morning and the evening for feeding water buffalos, so that the content of milk fat, total milk solids and conjugated linoleic acid in the water buffalo milk is respectively improved by 23.58%, 6.17% and 32.81%, wherein the mixed oil contains tea seed oil and sunflower seed oil in a weight ratio of 1:1. According to the results in the invention, the content of the conjugated linoleic acid can be effectively improved by adding the tea-seed oil in the feed, and therefore, the method is beneficial to improving added value of products of the water buffalo milk and improving body health.
