Abstract

The miniature ultrasonic measurement system comprises a probe device in a tubular structure, a miniature water pump, a medical sink and a master control system. The miniature water pump is connected with the medical sink through a hose; a pump outlet of the miniature water pump is connected with a couplant pipeline port in the probe device in the tubular structure through a hose; the probe device in the tubular structure comprises a main pipe body, a detachable sprayer, an electrical adaption port and the couplant pipeline port; the master control system comprises an ultrasonic transmitting / receiving device, a high-frequency signal collector, a single-shaft movement controller, an ultrasonic distance measuring module, a motor driving module, an embedded controller and a display screen. The miniature ultrasonic measurement system has the advantages that ultrasonic detection of materials in a narrow cavity is realized by the aid of the thin tubular structure; an automatic focusing function of a point focusing ultrasonic probe is realized by the aid of a single-shaft precision movement device; spatial positions of signal acquisition are precisely recorded by an ultrasonic high-frequency distance measuring probe, and acquisition of data needed for lamina material characterization is facilitated.
