Abstract

The photocatalyst plate is characterized in that: the plate is prepared by blending a nanometer titanium dioxide photocatalyst, thermoplastic phenolic resin and a foaming agent; the plate is provided with a plurality of pores; and the plate is in a porous structure similar to the structure of sponge. A producing method of the photocatalyst plate comprises: (1) a step of weighing the raw materials, namely a step of separately weighing 75-92% by weight of the thermoplastic phenolic resin and 3-19% of the nanometer titanium dioxide photocatalyst, blending the weighed thermoplastic phenolic resin and the weighed nanometer titanium dioxide photocatalyst in a twin-screw extruder, granulating, adding the foaming agent, extruding and foaming in a foaming machine to form a plate having a perforated structure, and removing 3-5 mm of the surface layer of the plate so as to expose the pore structure; and (2) a step of surface activation, namely a step of dipping the photocatalyst base plate obtained in the step (1) in a commercially available photocatalyst emulsion for 5 min, taking the base plate out, and airing for 48 h to obtain the photocatalyst plate.
