Abstract

Disclosed is an inner furnace reinforcing burner. The burner comprises a secondary combustion chamber wall, a secondary combustion chamber at the inner side of the secondary combustion chamber wall, and an oxygen supply blower fan at the outer side of the secondary combustion chamber wall. The secondary combustion chamber comprises at least two cylindrical strong combustion chambers. The bottom parts of the strong combustion chambers are communicated with a primary combustion chamber through a fire outlet. The top part of the strong combustion chamber is communicated with an exhaust heat boiler. The secondary combustion wall is provided with a turbulent flow oxygen feeding channel that comprises an annular oxygen conveying channel and a tangential oxygen spraying channel. The air outlet of the tangential oxygen spraying channel is communicated with the oxygen supply blower fan at the outer side of the secondary combustion chamber wall through the annular oxygen conveying channel. The burner allows a plurality of cylindrical strong combustion chambers to replace the traditional strong combustion chamber with a rectangular cross section, utilizes the tangential oxygen spraying channel to supply oxygen for the strong combustion chamber, overcomes the defects that the secondary combustion chamber of a mechanical furnace row type household garbage incinerator fails to enables full combustion, is likely to generate black smoke, achieves the goal of treatment form the fountainhead and protects the environment.
