The asphalt film thickness is determined according to the volume composition relationship of the CA mortar solidified body, and the average particle diameter of the cement hydration product particles, the average particle diameter of the sand, and the size (average particle diameter) and porosity in the CA mortar solidified body are determined at first. The volume composition relationship of the CA mortar solidified body is sufficiently taken into consideration during calculation of the asphalt film thickness. The particle diameter composition of the sand is obtained through a screening test, the particle diameter composition of the cement hydration products is obtained through a laser particle diameter analysis test, and the composition of the pores in the CA mortar solidified body is obtained through a mercury injection test.
