The acquisition board includes an optical-coupling relay channel switching circuit, a decoding driving circuit, a discharging driving circuit, an analog-to-digital converter, a single-chip microcomputer and a temperature measurement unit. The discharging board includes a relay, a fuse protector, a discharging main-circuit protection circuit, a discharging current measurement unit and a power load. The device is used for simultaneous testing of parameters of at most eight storage batteries. The parameters include at least one of internal resistance, floating charge, temperature and connecting-strip resistance. The technical scheme adopts a DC discharging method to test the internal resistance and can be used for monitoring of eight storage batteries; the device adopts distributed measurement so that effects from the length of an acquisition line on the test result are small and because the independent power load and a forward channel switching technology are adopted, the cost is reduced significantly.
