Problems solved by technology

This process can also achieve the rupture of the body fluid envelope, but the temperature range from -56°C to -196°C also causes the rupture of the cell wall of Spirulina, resulting in the mixing of all water-soluble components in the wall and the effective separation of the outer layer of body fluid cannot be achieved.

example 1

[0013] Example 1: Place fresh spirulina in an environment below 0°C to completely freeze it. Within 1 hour, take it out and place it in an environment above 0°C to raise the temperature naturally until it is completely thawed to fluidity, then transfer it to a centrifuge, and centrifuge at a speed of ≥1000 rpm until it is clearly separated. Pour out the supernatant, add purified water equivalent to the poured amount, and fully stir for ≥5 minutes, continue centrifuging at the above speed, and repeat the operation ≥3 times.

example 2

[0014] Example 2: Place fresh spirulina in an environment below -5°C to freeze it completely. Within 5 hours, take it out and place it in an environment above 0°C to raise the temperature naturally until it is completely thawed to fluidity, then transfer it to a centrifuge, and centrifuge at a speed ≥ 2000 rpm until it is clearly separated. Pour out the supernatant, add purified water equivalent to the poured amount, and fully stir for ≥10 minutes, continue centrifuging at the above speed, and repeat the operation ≥3 times.

example 3

[0015] Example 3: Fresh spirulina was placed in an environment below -10°C to completely freeze it. Within 10 hours, take it out and place it in an environment above 0°C to raise the temperature naturally until it is completely thawed to fluidity, then transfer it to a centrifuge, and centrifuge at a speed of ≥3000 rpm until it is clearly separated. Pour out the supernatant, add purified water equivalent to the poured amount, and fully stir for ≥15 minutes, continue centrifuging at the above speed, and repeat the operation ≥3 times.

Abstract

The invention belongs to a preparation method of spiral seaweed foods, and especially relates to a treatment method for reducing harmful elements in spiral seaweeds. According to a scheme adopted by the invention, the treatment method comprises the following steps: putting fresh spiral seaweeds in an environment at the temperature of 0 to -10 DEG C to ensure that the spiral seaweeds are frozen completely, and starting to unfreeze the spiral seaweeds within 1-10 hours; taking out the spiral seaweeds, putting the spiral seaweeds in the environment above 0 DEG C, naturally heating until the spiral seaweeds are completely unfrozen and fluidized, transferring to a centrifugal machine and centrifuging at a speed of not smaller than 1,000 rpm / min until remarkable layering is realized; and pouring out liquid supernatant, adding purified water of which the amount is equivalent to that of the poured-out liquid supernatant, fully stirring for not less than 5 minutes, continuing to centrifuge at the rotating speed, and repeating the operations for not less than three times, so that the harmful elements in the finally-obtained fresh seaweeds are reduced. The method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, low in cost, good in effect, significant and especially suitable for being used in enterprises adopting spiral seaweed raw materials with high content of harmful elements so as to achieve the aim of improving the quality of the spiral seaweed raw materials; by effectively controlling the temperature, damages to cell walls of the spiral seaweeds caused by over-low temperature are avoided, and finally the harmful elements in the fresh spiral seaweeds are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a production method of spirulina natural food, in particular to a method for reducing harmful elements in spirulina. Background technique [0002] Spirulina is one of the most nutrient-rich and balanced foods known to humans on earth. Scientific testing shows that the nutritional content of 1 gram of spirulina powder is equivalent to the sum of the nutrients of 1000 grams of various vegetables and fruits. The protein content of spirulina is as high as 60%-70%, and the amino acid composition of the protein is similar to that of human blood protein, so it is easily absorbed by the human body. Spirulina is also rich in various vitamins, trace elements, algae polysaccharides, phycocyanin, linolenic acid, insulin-like substances and other biologically active substances, which can lower cholesterol, detoxify the kidneys, improve the immune function of the human body, promote the synthesis of prostaglandins, It has multiple medicina...
