Abstract

The invention discloses a quick preheating technology and system of marine selective denitration SCR catalyst. The technology comprises the steps that heat storage is performed through at least one heat accumulator; flue gas is fed into an SCR reactor through a flue gas pipeline; the flue gas treated through the SCR reactor is fed into the heat accumulator through the flue gas pipeline; outdoor air is fed into the heat accumulator through an air preheating pipeline and enters the SCR reactor from the upper part to the lower part or from the lower part to the upper part; a catalyst bed is heated; when the temperature of the catalyst bed does not rise any more, the original operated heat accumulator is closed, a new heat accumulator is opened, and the direction of the air is changed and the air enters the SCR reactor to preheat the catalyst bed; after a plurality of times of forward and reversed preheating processes, a whole set of air preheating system is closed till the operation of any heat accumulator can not further increase the weighted mean temperature of the catalyst bed.
