The echo signal amplification circuit is characterized in that echoes reflected from a barrier are collected by virtue of a photoelectric detector, are output to am amplifying-filtering circuit and are transmitted to a time measurement unit, wherein the amplifying-filtering circuit is sequentially provided with a transimpedance amplification circuit, a high-pass filtering circuit and a main amplification circuit along the transmission direction of signals. According to the echo signal amplification circuit, by utilizing an amplifier having characteristics of high bandwidth, signal to noise ratio and input impedance, photovoltaically converted echo signals cannot be submerged in noise; besides, the circuit is provided with the transimpedance amplification circuit and the main amplification circuit, the size of the gain is controlled by regulating a resistance value of a feedback resistor, and the circuit is relatively simple; compared with a gain-adjustable amplifier, for the circuit, a digital analog converter for inputting as well as other circuits are omitted.
