The technological process comprises the steps of cotton stalk skin cutting, soaking, steam explosion, hot water cleaning, alkali liquor boiling and refining, washing, neutralizing, bleaching, washing, lubricating treatment, washing, airing, combing and cotton stalk skin fiber obtaining. The fineness of the cotton stalk skin fiber treated through the method can reach about 27 dtex to the minimum, and the cellulose content of the cotton stalk skin fiber treated through the method can reach about 82% to the maximum. Compared with traditional alkali boiling preparation of the cotton stalk skin fiber, the cotton stalk skin is separated through steam explosion pretreatment, a steam explosion technological test stand is different from a traditional steam explosion device, the explosion time is quite short and is 0.0875 s, the acting force on the fiber during the explosion moment is larger, and the obtained fiber is finer.
