Problems solved by technology

Controlling the piston will increase the inertia of the moving parts of the injector, which will slow down the dynamic response of the injector
In addition, the control chamber is on the upper part of the injector and away from the needle valve, which will increase the fuel hydraulic hysteresis when the injector is working and reduce the dynamic response characteristics of the injector
The deterioration of the dynamic response characteristics of the fuel injector directly reduces the control accuracy of the electronically controlled fuel injector control unit on the fuel injection timing, fuel injection law and cycle fuel injection volume, which will lead to poor engine economy and emissions

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention is described in more detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing example:

[0018] combine Figure 1~3 , The electronically controlled common rail fuel injector for marine heavy oil diesel engine of the present invention is composed of a fuel injector body 1 , a solenoid valve part 2 , a control cavity 3 and a fuel injector part 4 .

[0019] The solenoid valve part 2 includes an iron core 5, an armature 6, a coil 7, an armature return spring 8, a valve stem 9, a valve stem sleeve 10, a flat valve 11, and a flat valve sleeve 12, and a lubricating oil inlet is arranged on the injector body. The oil circuit 13 and the oil return circuit 14 are used to form a thin oil film between the electromagnet and the armature to reduce the vibration of the valve stem during the movement. Four damping holes 15 are arranged on the armature 6 in a circumferential distribution. The function is to reduce the hydraulic force between the electromagnet and the...

Abstract

An objective of the invention is to provide a solenoid valve-controlled common-rail oil injector of a low-speed engine for a ship. The valve-controlled common-rail oil injector comprises an oil injector body, a solenoid valve portion, a control chamber member and an oil nozzle. The solenoid valve portion comprises an iron core, a solenoid coil, an armature, a valve rod, a valve rod sleeve, a flat valve and a flat valve sleeve. The coil winds around the iron core. The armature is arranged under the iron core and connected with the valve rod through a nut. The valve rod sleeve sleeves the valve rod. An oil returning hole is formed in the valve rod sleeve. The flat valve is arranged under the valve rod. Under the action of an armature resetting spring, the lower end surface of the valve rod is attached onto the upper end surface of the flat valve, and a sealing ring at the lower end of the flat valve is attached onto the upper end surface of the control chamber member. The control chamber member is arranged under the flat valve. A control chamber is formed by the control chamber member and a pin valve. One side of the control chamber is communicated with a heavy oil feeding pipe, and the other side of the control valve is communicated with a heavy oil discharging pipe. By the electronically-controlled common-rail oil injector, hydraulic lagging is reduced, and control accuracy of the common-rail oil injector by a control unit is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a marine diesel engine, in particular to a fuel injection device for a marine diesel engine. Background technique [0002] Marine mechanical fuel injectors cannot meet the requirements of today's fuel economy and increasingly stringent emission regulations due to the inability to achieve precise and flexible control of fuel injection timing, fuel injection regularity and cycle fuel injection volume. The high-speed solenoid valve is used on the electronically controlled common rail fuel injector, and the precise and flexible control of fuel injection timing and cycle fuel injection volume is realized by controlling the power-on time and power-on time of the high-speed solenoid valve, which is to achieve high fuel economy for marine heavy oil diesel engines , an effective means of low harmful emissions. [0003] In the document "Marine Heavy Oil Electromagnetic Control Injector", a method of using an isolation block to prevent h...
