Example Embodiment

[0016] Example 1

[0017] Mix the corn stalks and pig manure at a ratio of 3.3:1, adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio to 20:1, and the initial moisture content to be 65% to make a pile; add 6% biochar to the pile and mix thoroughly, then use compulsory Aeration method for aerobic composting for 45 days, with a forced ventilation volume of about 20m 3 / (t·m 3 ), the total phosphorus content and available phosphorus content in the obtained compost product were reduced by 21.67% and 32.28% respectively.

[0018] Mix corn stalks and municipal sludge at a ratio of 5:1, adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio to 30:1, and the initial water content to be 65% to make a pile; add 6% peanut shell biochar to the pile and mix well After that, use forced ventilation for aerobic composting for 45 days, with a forced ventilation volume of about 20m 3 / (t·m 3 ), the total phosphorus content and available phosphorus content in the obtained compost product were reduced by 13.33% and 13.23% respectively.

[0022] Example 2

[0023] Apply the biochar-added compost product to dry land red soil and mix it with the soil thoroughly. The application amount is calculated according to the nitrogen requirement of local crops, namely 150~180kg / hm 2 , Cultivate for 30 days at 70% field water holding capacity and room temperature. The content of available phosphorus in the soil was reduced by 24.07%, 17.93% and 17.93% of the pig manure compost product with 6% biochar, the sludge compost product with 6% peanut shell biochar and the compost product with 6% wheat straw biochar sludge. 14.36%, adding 6% bamboo charcoal has the most obvious effect.

[0026] Example 3

[0027] Apply the biochar-added compost product to dry land yellow soil and mix it with the soil thoroughly. The application amount is calculated according to the nitrogen requirement of the local crop, which is 150~180kg / hm 2 , Cultivate for 30 days at 70% field water holding capacity and room temperature. The available phosphorus content in the soil of the pig manure compost product with 6% bamboo charcoal, the sludge compost product with 6% peanut shell charcoal and the compost product with 6% wheat straw charcoal sludge decreased by 36.02%, 27.82% and 15.47%, respectively. The effect of adding 6% bamboo charcoal is still the most obvious.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of agricultural non-point source pollution control, and particularly relates to a method for reducing phosphorus activity in organic waste compost products such as municipal sludge or livestock manure. The method comprises the following steps: 1) carbonizing and pyrolyzing agricultural wastes into charcoal at 400 DEG C, and crushing the charcoal by a 50mesh sieve; 2) mixing aerobic crop straws of organic wastes with the municipal sludge or livestock manure according to the ratio, adjusting the carbon-nitrogen ratio to be (20-30) to 1 and the moisture content to be 65-70%, and preparing a pile body; 3) adding the pile body to the charcoal, fully mixing the charcoal evenly, then carrying out aerobic composting for 45 days in a forced ventilation manner, and crushing the charcoal into the product. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the phosphorus activity of the compost product can be reduced, the phosphorus loss caused by compost application is reduced, and effective resourceful treatment on the agricultural wastes and the municipal sludge or livestock manure can be carried out, so that the agricultural non-point source pollution load is reduced, and the water environment is protected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agricultural pollution control, and in particular relates to a method for reducing phosphorus activity in organic waste composting products such as urban sludge or livestock manure. Background technique [0002] More than 66% of our country's lakes and reservoirs are in a state of eutrophication, and the prevention and control of water eutrophication is a major water environment problem that urgently needs to be solved in our country's lakes and reservoirs. Phosphorus is one of the most important factors leading to water eutrophication, and also plays a decisive role in the formation of water eutrophication. Studies have shown that the loss of nitrogen and phosphorus in farmland is considered to be one of the important reasons for the eutrophication of surface water bodies. In the total nutrient load of rivers and lakes in the United States, the load of agricultural non-point source pollution sources accounts for ...
