The method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking 48-50 parts of glycerol, 48-50 parts of deionized water and 0.3-2 parts of sodium stearate; heating the raw materials to 60-90 DEG C, mixing and stirring the raw materials to form a homogeneous system; cooling the raw materials to room temperature, thereby obtaining glycerin-based supramolecular gel used as substrate gel; taking 50-100 parts of substrate gel and 0-50 parts of functional components and evenly mixing; heating the mixture to 60-90 DEG C, stirring the raw materials evenly, and carrying out heat preservation for 5 minutes after forming the homogeneous system; injecting into a mold and molding; and cooling to room temperature, so as to form the gel skin care product.
