The method comprises the following steps: after degreasing ethanol-extracted chuanminshen violaceum residues, adding an alkaline liquid with pH of 12.5 adjusted by sodium hydroxide according to a liquid and material ratio of 20 to 1; extracting twice under the condition of ultrasonic-assisted extraction, wherein the ultrasonic power is 225W, the ultrasonic time is 38 minutes and the ultrasonic temperature is 49 DEG C; combining the supernate; adjusting the pH to 2.0 by hydrochloric acid to precipitate protein; centrifuging to obtain the precipitate and supernate; after washing and neutralizing the precipitate, freeze-drying to obtain chuanminshen violaceum protein powder; and concentrating the supernate under reduced pressure, carrying out alcohol precipitation and centrifugation, washing the precipitate and freeze-drying to obtain chuanminshen violaceum alkaline extracted polysaccharide.
