The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting the 10# asphalt into a kneading machine, heating, stirring, shearing and plasticating; adding the modified asphalt, uniformly stirring and mixing; further adding 150-160 parts of coarse whiting, stirring and mixing; finally adding residual coarse whiting, petroleum resin and glass fiber, stirring and mixing; and stamping into a sheet material, thereby obtaining the damping, shock-absorption and acoustic-damping material.
