Abstract

The invention discloses a combined detection kit for simultaneously detecting three athletic ability related genes with an LDR method. The detection kit can be used for simultaneously detecting three hotspot mutations of the three athletic ability related genes within three hours. The kit comprises a PCR amplification reagent and an LDR reagent, wherein the PCR amplification reagent comprises a PCR buffer solution, a reaction mixture of MgCl2 and dNTPs, a Taq enzyme, ultrapure water, and a primer mixture for carrying out high-specificity amplification on the three hotspot mutations of the three genes, namely ACTN3, EPO and CKMM, and the LDR reagent comprises a PCR product, a 10* connection buffer solution, LDR probes and Tap DNA ligase. The combined detection kit comprises three pairs of PCR primers and the three groups of detection probes in total.
