Abstract

The invention relates to a molecular specificity marker primer and a method for identifying dendrobium chrysotoxum and dendrobium thyrsiflorum. An upstream primer GCF of the molecular specificity marker primer for identifying dendrobium chrysotoxum and dendrobium thyrsiflorum is shown in SEQ ID NO.1 and a downstream primer GCR is shown in SEQ ID NO.2. By using the molecular specificity marker primers GCF / GCR, fast molecular identification on two analogues, namely dendrobium chrysotoxum and dendrobium thyrsiflorum, can be carried out by adopting a common PCR method, and the method is simple. By adopting the PCR technology for detection, the method is short in time and can be accomplished within half a day. The primer and method are effective assistance for identifying dendrobium chrysotoxum and dendrobium thyrsiflorum from morphological characteristics.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a molecular-specific marker primer for identifying Dendrobium chrysotoxum and D. thyrsiflorum, and a method for quickly identifying the samples of Dendrobium chrysotoxum and Dendrobium by using the specific primer. Background technique [0002] Both Dendrobium chrysotoxum and D. thyrsiflorum belong to the parietal leaf group (Sect.Chrysotoxae Kraenzl.) under the genus Dendrobium of Orchidaceae. The two are traditional Chinese medicinal materials, which have the effects of nourishing yin and nourishing the stomach, nourishing the lungs and relieving cough, clearing away heat and improving eyesight. In addition, they also have the functions of enhancing human immunity, eliminating tumors, and inhibiting cancer. Among them, D. chrysotoxum was included in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2010 Edition), and listed as a key protected wild precious medicinal species. The stem, leaf shape, flower shape and flower c...
