Abstract

The invention provides novel VOCs (Volatile Organic Chemicals) treatment equipment and a treatment process. The VOCs treatment equipment comprises an adsorber tank, a fixed plate, an adsorbing material, a gas inlet, a gas outlet, an online detector, an inert carrier inlet, a discharge hole and a storage tank, wherein an ultrasonic desorption device is arranged on the adsorber tank and comprises an ultrasonic generator and an ultrasonic conductor. The treatment process disclosed by the invention is to use the adsorption material to adsorb the VOCs in the exhaust gas, use the ultrasonic desorption device to perform ultrasonic desorption on the adsorption material adsorbed with the VOCs to realize regeneration, separate the inert carrier dissolved with the VOCs, in which the VOCs wastes are utilized, and the inert carrier is recycled, at last use a heat carrier to blow off the adsorption material, so as to implement further regeneration of the adsorption material. The treatment process disclosed by the invention is simple to operate; the adsorption capability of the adsorption material cannot be weakened; the adsorption and desorption can be finished in one equipment; the desorbed VOCs wastes can be utilized; the desorbed inert carrier can be recycled.
