specific Embodiment approach 1

[0014] Specific embodiment one: the method for dispersing nano-SiC powder in this embodiment is carried out according to the following steps:

[0015] 1. Titrate deionized water with alkali to obtain a solvent with a pH of 12;

[0016] 2. Weigh the SiC powder and the dispersant, add the SiC powder and the dispersant to the solvent successively, and ultrasonicate for 14-16 minutes to obtain a uniformly dispersed slurry, that is, complete the dispersion of the nano-SiC powder.

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0017] Embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the alkali in step 1 is ammonia water. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0018] Embodiment 3: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 or Embodiment 2 in that: in Step 2, the particle size of the SiC powder is 50 nm, and the purity is greater than 99%. Others are the same as in the first or second embodiment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a dispersing method for SiC nanopowder and aims at solving the problem that the existing SiC nanopowder is easily agglomerated in water. The dispersing method comprises the steps of firstly, titrating deionized water by using alkaline to obtain a solvent with the pH value of 12; and secondly, weighing SiC powder and a dispersing agent, sequentially adding the SiC powder and the dispersing agent into the solvent, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 14-16 minutes to obtain uniformly-dispersed slurry, namely finishing the dispersion of the SiC nanopowder. By using the dispersing method disclosed by the invention, the dispersing effect is good, the SiC nanopowder can be uniformly dispersed, and the slurry cannot be remarkably settled within 24 hours. The agglomeration size of the SiC nanopowder is relatively small, the agglomeration size of the SiC powder is smaller than 100nm, and the Zeta potential is about 40mv. The dispersing method is applied to the field of nanomaterials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for dispersing nano SiC powder. Background technique [0002] Due to its grain size on the nanometer scale, some properties of nanomaterials have special advantages that are different from traditional materials, such as high mechanical properties, high hardness, superplasticity, and special properties in acousto-optic-thermomagnetism. Due to its high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and ablation resistance, SiC is considered to be one of the best candidate materials for extreme chemical and thermal environments related to hypersonic flight, atmospheric reentry, and rocket propulsion. The preparation of ceramic materials by gel injection has the advantages that complex structural parts can be prepared and the green body is easy to machine. The preparation of nano-SiC by gel injection molding has become a new preparation method. When preparing nano-SiC materials by gel injection molding, due to the relativ...
