Abstract

The formula is obtained by the following step: (1) proportioning the following various components in parts by weight: 16 parts of ordinary portland cement, 18 parts of coal ash, 20 parts of mineral powder, 5 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 2 parts of foam stabilizer, 0.4 part of polypropylene fibres and 0.3 part of excitant; and (2) stirring at a rotational speed of 2800r / min and a slurry temperature of 30-50 DEG C according to the proportion and a water-material ratio of 0.52 by virtue of a stirrer. The formula of the composite foamed cement board disclosed by the invention is capable of overcoming the defects of unreasonable proportion, short service life, low reliability and the like in the prior art, so as to realize the advantages of reasonable proportion, long service life and high reliability.
