Embodiment Construction

[0017] refer to Figure 1-2 . The specific steps of the detonation flame temperature measuring method of the present invention are as follows:

[0018] Step 1: Construction of the detonation test bench. An infrared spectrometer 2 and a high-speed camera 1 to be calibrated are placed at the exit flame of the detonation tube 5 of the pulse detonation engine. Fixed the whole system not moving. The spark plug 3 is controlled to ignite and detonate, and the infrared spectrometer 2 is used to obtain the tail flame temperature of the detonation combustion at different moments, while the high-speed camera captures the tail flame image at the same position at this moment.

[0019] Step 2: Calibration of the experiment. Realize the setting of high-speed camera shooting parameters and the acquisition and calibration of the K value in the temperature measurement formula.

[0020] Step 2.1: Acquisition of correction coefficients. Set the shooting frequency f of the high-speed camera ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for measuring the temperature of a detonation flame, which is used to solve the technical problem of poor accuracy of the existing method for measuring the temperature of the flame. The technical solution is to use an infrared spectrometer to obtain the temperature of the tail flame at the measured position of the pulse detonation engine, obtain a complete temperature field of the flame, and then use a high-speed camera to shoot the tail flame at the same position to obtain a transient flame image, so that the flame pulsates The effect on the image is reduced. The flame image is analyzed and processed, and then the high-speed photography results under different shooting frequencies and exposure time settings are corrected by using the flame temperature measured by the infrared spectrometer. Finally, the detonation flame is photographed by a high-speed camera with calibrated coefficients, and then the obtained detonation flame image is processed to obtain the combustion temperature field in the pulse detonation engine. Because the high-speed camera is used to obtain the transient image of the flame, and then the image is filtered and denoised, the accuracy of the temperature measurement of the detonation flame is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a flame temperature measurement method, in particular to a detonation flame temperature measurement method. Background technique [0002] The document "Temperature Estimation of Visible Heat Sources by Digital Photography and Image Processing, IEEE, Vol.59, p1167-1173" discloses a method for measuring the flame temperature of a Bunsen burner based on digital images. In this method, a CCD camera is used to take pictures of the images of the Bunsen burner, and at the same time, a thermocouple is used to measure the temperature of different points. Then the image is divided into three primary colors of red, green and blue, and then digitally processed by colorimetric temperature measurement method. The temperature obtained by digital image processing and the temperature measured by thermocouple are compared and error analyzed. This method measures the temperature of the flame more accurately, and the difference with the temperat...
