The upper driving circuit comprises resistors R1, R2 and R3, capacitors C1 and C3, an upper arm driving unit, an inductor L1, and diodes D1, D3 and D4, wherein the resistors R1 and R2 are connected in series with the D1 and connected with the VCC (voltage of circuit) pins of the upper arm driving unit; the VCC pins of the upper arm driving unit are connected in series with the diode D2 and connected with the IGBT1; the VO (voltage output) pins of the upper arm driving unit is connected with one end of the resistor R4, and the other end of the resistor R4 is connected in series with the inductor L1 and connected with the IGBT1; the capacitor C1 is arranged between the VCC pins and the GND (ground) pins of the upper arm driving unit, and the capacitor C3 is arranged between the VO pins and the GND pins of the upper arm driving unit.
