Embodiment Construction

[0013] In order to make the technical means realized by the present invention, creative features, goals and effects easy to explain clearly, the present invention will be further elaborated below in conjunction with illustrations and specific embodiments.

[0014] see figure 1 , suitable for the disinfection process of microbiological control in space-enclosed cabins, including two stages: the ground disinfection stage before the space-enclosed cabin is launched and the disinfection stage of the space-enclosed cabin during the on-orbit period. The specific process of each stage is as follows:

[0015] 1. In the stage of ground disinfection before the launch of the airtight cabin, the operator first prepares 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, and uses a fumigation machine to fumigate and disinfect the airtight cabin. The disinfection time is 2 hours, and then use 0.1% N-alkane Dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride wipes are used to wipe and disinfect equipment that is prone to corrosio...

Abstract

The invention discloses a disinfection technology suitable for control on microorganisms in a spatial hermetic cabin, and relates to the technical field of spatial microorganism control. The disinfection technology comprises the following processes: stage 1, disinfecting the ground before the spatial hermetic cabin is launched, carrying out fumigation disinfection in the spatial hermetic cabin with 1%-4% hydrogen peroxide steam for 2-4 hours, disinfecting equipment which is easily corroded by the hydrogen peroxide steam with 0.1% N-alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride wet tissue, disinfecting the overall cabin with 1%-4% hydrogen peroxide steam and then installing the cabin; stage 2, disinfecting the spatial hermetic cabin in an orbit period, cleaning and sweeping once by operating personnel at an interval of 5-10 days, irradiating for 1-6 hours by virtue of a portable ultraviolet sterilization lamp after sweeping, disinfecting, locally wiping and disinfecting the surface of key equipment and the inner wall of the cabin with 0.1% N-alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride wet tissue. The disinfection technology disclosed by the invention is capable of effectively preventing microorganism pollution of the spatial hermetic cabin, reducing the effects on spacecraft and astronauts caused by harmful microbes, and improving the operation stability of a spatial hermetic cabin system, and is suitable for control on the microorganisms in the spatial hermetic cabin.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a disinfection program suitable for microbe control in space, in particular to a disinfection process for effectively preventing microbial contamination of a space closed cabin, reducing the impact of harmful microorganisms on spacecraft and astronauts, and improving the operating stability of a space closed cabin system. The invention belongs to the technical field of space microbial control. Background technique [0002] Environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity in space stations, planetary bases, and interstellar spacecraft are suitable. If effective microbial control measures are not taken, microbial proliferation may occur, endangering the safety of the spacecraft and the health of the crew. The Soviet Union has encountered serious microbial contamination problems in its many space activities, and the International Space Station is also facing severe microbial contamination. Microorganisms directly affect t...
