Abstract

The invention discloses a novel energy-saving three-effect crystallizing evaporator which relates to the technical field of evaporators and is used for solving the problem that a low-effect-number evaporator is low in heat utilization rate. The novel energy-saving three-effect crystallizing evaporator disclosed by the invention comprises a material evaporation system, a heat supply system and a condensation system, wherein the heat supply system comprises a gas distribution cylinder, a thermal compression pump and a secondary steam pipe; a gas outlet is formed in the upper end of the separator; the gas outlet of the separator of each effect is connected with a heat source opening pipe of the next-effect heat exchanger; the gas outlet of a tail-effect separator is connected with a condenser pipe; and the gas outlet of a single-effect separator is connected with an exhaust end pipe of the thermal compression pump. According to the arrangement, secondary steam generated by the single-effect separator can be effectively used for a single-effect heat exchanger, and the amount of live steam is greatly reduced. In conclusion, the evaporator disclosed by the invention has high market popularization value.
