Embodiment 1

[0016] 60 parts of polylactic acid (NatureWorks Ingeo TM 4032D), 40 parts of polybutylene terephthalate-adipate (BASF company F BX 7011), 0.5 part of BPO, 0.5 part of antioxidant 1010, 0.5 part of N, N-ethylene bisstearamide, 0.5 part of UV531 and 0.5 part of light stabilizer 622 are added to the high mixer and mixed evenly, and then mixed The material is modified by melt blending reaction extrusion of parallel co-rotating twin-screw extruder. The prepared modified material was blown by an ordinary PE film blowing machine, with a thickness of 12 μm and a width of 920 mm. The tensile strength of the film is 35Mpa, the elongation at break is 260%, and the tear strength is 131N / mm. In October, the plastic film was laid on the ground of the vegetable greenhouse, holes began to appear in 90 days, the plastic film began to enter the big cracking period in 130 days, and basically no plastic film fragments could be seen in 160 days.

Embodiment 2

[0018] 45 parts of polylactic acid (NatureWorks Ingeo TM 4032D), 55 parts of polybutylene terephthalate-adipate (BASF company F BX 7011), 0.3 parts of DCP, 0.3 parts of antioxidant 1076, 0.3 parts of oleic acid amide, 0.3 parts of UV320 and 0.3 parts of light stabilizer 770 are added to the high mixer and mixed evenly, and then the mixture is passed through parallel co-rotating twin-screws Extruder melt blending reactive extrusion modification. The prepared modified material was blown by an ordinary PE film blowing machine, with a thickness of 12 μm and a width of 920 mm. The tensile strength of the film is 32Mpa, the elongation at break is 310%, and the tear strength is 119N / mm. The plastic film was laid in the vegetable greenhouse in October, and holes began to appear in 75 days, and the plastic film began to enter the big cracking stage in 110 days, and basically no plastic film fragments could be seen in 150 days.

Embodiment 3

[0020] 35 parts of polylactic acid (NatureWorks Ingeo TM 4032D), 65 parts of polybutylene terephthalate-adipate (BASF company F BX 7011), 0.25 parts of double 25, 0.25 parts of antioxidant BHT, 0.25 parts of zinc stearate, 0.25 parts of UV326 and 0.25 parts of light stabilizer 783 are added to the high mixer and mixed evenly, and then the mixture is passed through parallel Twin-screw extruder melt blending reactive extrusion modification. The prepared modified material was blown by an ordinary PE film blowing machine, with a thickness of 6 μm and a width of 920 mm. The tensile strength of the film is 29Mpa, the elongation at break is 352%, and the tear strength is 112N / mm. The plastic film was laid in the cornfield in May, and holes began to appear in 60 days, and the plastic film began to enter the big cracking stage in 76 days, and there were basically no plastic film fragments in 110 days.

Abstract

The invention discloses a controllable bio-based full-degradable mulching film which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-60 parts of polylactic acid (PLA), 40-85 parts of polyterephthalic acid-butanediol adipate, 0.1-0.5 part of reactive assistant, 0.1-0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 part of lubricant, 0.1-0.5 part of ultraviolet absorbent and 0.1-0.5 part of light stabilizer. The novel reactive assistant is adopted to solve the problem of interface compatibility between PLA and PBAT; by adjusting the PLA/PBAT proportion and adding other ultraviolet absorbents and light stabilizers, the problem of controllability on mulching film degradation period is solved; and by utilizing the characteristic of high mechanical strength of the PLA in combination with favorable flexibility of the PBAT, the controllable-degradation-period full-biodegradable low-cost agricultural mulching film based on PLA multielement composite modification technique, of which the thickness is down to 6 mu m and the maximum bio-base content is up to 60%, is developed. The controllable bio-based full-degradable mulching film has favorable quality, and has wide popularization application prospects in promoting national soil pollution treatment and developing ecological agriculture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biodegradable materials, in particular to a controllable bio-based fully degradable plastic film. Background technique [0002] Ordinary agricultural plastic polyethylene (PE) mulch is very difficult to decompose in air, sunlight, soil and water. The "white revolution" that promoted agricultural production in the past has led to "white pollution" that has reduced agricultural production and polluted land today. The main reason for "white pollution" is that farmers have used a large amount of plastic film for many years, especially ultra-thin plastic film with a thickness lower than the national standard to save costs. The plastic film is easily broken and cannot be recycled and cleaned, becoming permanent farmland garbage. Residual plastic film seriously affects the germination and growth of crops, resulting in reduced production. [0003] Recycling mulch film and developing fully degradable mulch film are two dir...
