The electronic cigarette liquid is formed by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5%-10% of tobacco extracts, 5%-8% of tobacco essence, 1%-5% of tobacco flavor, 5%-15% of deionized water, 10%-20% of glycerol, 0.5%-5% of flue-cured tobacco flower extracts and the balance which is propylene glycol, wherein the flue-cured tobacco flower extracts are one or the mixture of two of volatile aroma substance and glycoside precursor-aroma substance of flue-cured tobacco flower, and the volatile aroma substance and the glycoside precursor-aroma substance are prepared by extracting the flue-cured tobacco flower by adopting an ASE (Accelerated Solvent Extraction) method.
