The method sequentially comprises the following steps: printing oilproof ink on the left and right side faces of flat tempered glass to be cut in a silk screen printing manner, and air drying the ink; engraving double surfaces of the ink on a position to be cut of the flat tempered glass by using a pointed tool to remove the ink on the position to be cut and expose the glass; vertically putting the flat tempered glass in a mixed solution containing hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, taking out the flat tempered glass after every 5-10 minutes, flushing glass fragments on the position to be cut by using a water gun, and then putting the flat tempered glass in the mixed solution until the flat tempered glass is cut; soaking the cut flat tempered glass in an alkaline solution until the oilproof ink is removed, then cleaning the flat tempered glass with clear water, and air drying the flat tempered glass; edging the flat tempered glass by using an edging machine.
