Abstract

The material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 37.5-81% of polyester resin, 3-20% of polyolefin, 0.05-0.5% of an antioxidant, 0.1-2.0% of a release agent and 10-40% of glass fibers, wherein the polyester resin contains PBT resin which accounts for 30-70wt% of the polyester composite material for nano injection molding. The invention further provides a preparation method of the polyester composite material for nano injection molding. According to the polyester composite material for nano injection molding, in a nano injection molding process, the bonding strength of the resin and metals can be hugely improved.
