Abstract

The invention discloses a method for optimized extraction of total flavonoids of jasmine employing a response surface method. The optimal extraction technology is determined by design expert software according to a Box-Behnken design as follows: the pH value of a solvent is 5.5-6; the liquid-to-solid ratio is (15-20) to 1; the raw materials are dipped for 10-20 minutes; the extraction temperature is 85-92 DEG C; the ultrasonic extraction time is 20-30 minutes; and the natural chromatography time is 0.5-1 hour. The solvent dimethyl carbonate is an environment-friendly solvent integrating cleanness and safety. Diffusion and release of a jasmine active component can be accelerated by cavatition and secondary effect of an ultrasonic wave; the jasmine active component can be fully mixed with a solvent; complete extraction is facilitated; and the yield of the product reaches 98.6%. The method is short in technological process, easy to operate, short in extraction time, low in solvent loss, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly; the product is high in yield and low in cost; the dangerousness in production is greatly reduced; and the method has relatively good economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting plants, in particular to a method for optimally extracting jasmine total flavonoids by response surface method, and belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines. Background technique [0002] The incidence of cardiovascular disease is increasing year by year in all countries in the world, and it has become the "number one killer" that threatens human health beyond cancer, and is the main cause of death of patients. According to WHO's statistics on the death of various diseases in the world, the number of deaths due to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases accounts for about 30% of the total number of deaths, causing huge spiritual and economic burdens to the people and society. At present, the clinical treatment of ischemic heart disease such as hypertension and coronary heart disease is still based on drugs, including commonly used β receptor blockers, calcium antagonists, angi...
