The device comprises a laser emitting and receiving assembly, an optical assembly and an electronic assembly; the optical assembly comprises an object lens, a beam splitter prism, a micro lens array and a charge coupled device; the beam splitter prism is used for reflecting laser echo emitted from the object lens to a photoelectric receiving tube, and other emitted lights pass through the beam splitter prism to reach the micro lens array; the micro lens array is used for acquiring target light field data and then projecting to the charge coupled device to convert into a digital signal as well as transmitting to the electronic assembly; the electronic assembly is used for calculating and outputting a target image and the corresponding target distance according to a read laser echo pulse signal and the target light field data; other target images and target distance on different aiming lines within the view field range are respectively outputted by the light field digital re-focusing technology. With the adoption of the device, the times of laser emission can be obviously reduced; the service life of a laser can be prolonged; in addition, the ranging efficiency can be effectively increased.
