The invention relates to an ultrasonic liquid level gauge, comprising a power supply module, a control module, a sensor, an ultrasonic transmitting module, an ultrasonic receiving module, a temperature compensation module and piezoelectric ceramics. The power supply module supplies power to the control module, the ultrasonic transmitting module, the ultrasonic receiving module, the temperature compensation module and the output module through the first voltage regulator, the second voltage regulator, the switching regulator and the ultra-low voltage regulator. The temperature compensation module detects the ambient temperature through the temperature sensor and transmits it to the control module. The control module sends an ultrasonic control signal to the ultrasonic transmitting module through a single-chip microcomputer; the ultrasonic transmitting module boosts the ultrasonic control signal through a high-frequency transformer and transmits it to the piezoelectric ceramic. The invention can avoid the problem of inaccurate measurement caused by the blind area.
