The sewage treatment system comprises a manure water separation tank, a primary sedimentation tank, a secondary sedimentation tank, a BAF tank, a reaction tank and a final sedimentation tank which are sequentially connected by a water pump and a connecting pipe, wherein the final sedimentation tank comprises a tank body; an overflowing tank is arranged at the upper part of the tank body; an overflowing pipe connected with a coarse filtration tank is arranged on the upper tank body of the overflowing tank; one end of a sewage purifying device is connected with the coarse filtration tank, and the other end of the sewage purifying device is connected with an oxygenating device; the sewage purifying device comprises an active carbon filter, a sand filter cylinder and an infrared sterilizing cylinder, wherein one end of the active carbon filter and one end of the infrared sterilizing cylinder are connected with each other by a main purifying pipe, then are connected with the coarse filtration tank and are controlled by corresponding valves.
